Judy Lee Davido

Judy, 80, left us on Sep 6, 2026 & will remain forever in hearts & minds of husband Ken, sons Erik & Chad, their wives Karen & Katie, treasured grandchildren Finn, Mona, Mac & Owen & so many other relatives & friends. Born in Seattle to William & Jeanne Engelhardt, Judy graduated Roosevelt HS in 1964 & went on to earn bachelor’s & master’s degrees in nursing at UW. Judy enjoyed a 40yr. Nursing career, the last 30yrs at Swedish 1st Hill Hospital as Nurse & Staff Manager treating patients with pulmonary diseases. Judy was a 30yr member of a lady’s book club, organizer of neighborhood knitting group, a rabid soccer-mom, PTA chairwoman & mother hen to generations of kids on the block. She loved holidays & had special house decorations for each one. A favorite Family tradition for Judy was making & decorating Gingerbread houses at Christmas time. She identified all the little birds in the yard & watched over her beloved dahlias. Judy will be remembered as a strong, resilient, fun, & truly trailblazing woman. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends & everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date; details will be shared with family & friends.
