Christopher Vegors

Christopher (Chris) "Crime Scene" Vegors passed away peacefully at home and surrounded by family on May 21, 2025, at the age of 45, after living courageously for almost three years with ALS. He was a son, brother, husband, father, friend, proud marine, and small business owner for over 20 years. While his trade was crime scene cleaning, his trademark was profound compassion during others’ times of greatest need. He was precocious from the start and stubborn to the end, leaving behind an unforgettable legacy of humor, hard work, and community service. He valued kindness, reciprocity, and a job done right (and right now). He wished he’d had longer to love and support those he held dear, and he would be happy to know his memory was honored through an act of kindness, a raised glass, a solid dad joke, or a rousing evening at karaoke. He was deeply loved and so will be deeply missed.
