David Richard Lentz
David Richard Lentz, 47, of Shoreline, Washington, passed away at his home
on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 of cancer.
He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on August 21, 1961. He attended schools in Omaha and Coleridge, Nebraska and graduated from Coleridge High School on May 13, 1979. Following graduation, he attended Columbus Community College in Columbus, NE. He was employed at various places in Columbus and Hastings, NE, Corpus Christi, TX, Denver, CO, and then in the Seattle, WA area. He was last employed at the Aurora Antique Pavilion in Aurora, WA where he sold cherished antiques and unique articles that he made.
He was diagnosed with cancer in October of 2007 and succumbed to it after a long hard courageous fight.
David had a great love of creating unique things, listening to and collecting music, and enjoying friends and relatives.
David is survived by his parents, Richard and Margaret Lentz of Coleridge, NE, his sister, Penny, and her husband, Reed Stolpe and their two sons, Sage and Tate Stolpe of Magnet, NE, 3 brothers, Danny Dunbar of Wisner, NE, Robert Clough of Shoreline, WA, and Roger Clough of Magnet, NE, and friend, Wayne Welsh.
A Graveside Service for David will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 11:00AM at Edmonds Memorial Cemetery - 820 15th Ave SW, Edmonds, WA 98020. A Memorial service will also be held at a later date at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Coleridge, NE. Updates will be posted here.
