Wayman M. "Bill" Corley, Jr.

Wayman M. “Bill” Corley, Jr, 46, died December 8, 2009 from a year long battle with cancer. Bill was born in Santa Monica, California and raised in Arkansas.  While living in the Pacific Northwest, Bill would spend many weekends in the mountains.  He enjoyed hiking outdoors, driving to the mountains, camping and grilling just about “anything”.  Bill had a passion for driving and worked as a courier.  He is often remembered delivering items on time every time, with a smile and phrases that would make anyone laugh. His favorite past-time was meticulous maintenance of his van. The car wash personnel knew him by name.  Bill’s famous phrase “let me tell you what I think about that.” Bill was close to many of our hearts and his spirit will remain with us.  He was a loving husband, supportive father, and the “BEST” grandfather. Bill is survived by his wife Sonia, his brother Dale, his daughter Holly, his son Chris, step-daughters Joanne (& Shain) & Caryn, and eight grandchildren-Dakota, Nathan, Charles, Aaryn, Tiffany, Taylor, Meagan, & Zachary and many dear friends including Adrian, Victoria, Darian and Bobby. He was a kind hearted uncle to Tammy, Junior, Kathy (& Sam), Michael, Christina, and Aiden.  A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Everett, 1616 Pacific Ave, Everett, WA 98201, at 5:00pm on Saturday December 19, 2009.
